  When I went to the crystal parrot there was one baby Senegal parrot and I just fell in love instantly. The owner, Edna, was all jolly and friendly. She even let me hold the senegal until I made my decision of buying him. I put a deposit down and I had to visit him every week. The next week I came in all excited to see my new bird, and Edna was being very rude and disrespectful towards me. She completely ignored me and when I asked was was wrong she just gave me a attatude. I had fun with my senegal though, but the next week I noticed my bird was shivering and making a through up motion. I thought for sure he was sick. He also was more talkative that day and edna didn't even do anything about him. I knew that a miner change could mean the beginning of a bad sickness.

  Edna is very knowledgable and protective about her birds. I respect that as I would my dog breeder. They will not just sell a bird for money. A bird is just like any other member of the family and Edna insures that you understand the time invested and the many many years of love you get back. I will always continue to bring my Babies to her for they "spa" day - clippings and trimmings! Her avian vet clinics are very practical and convenient also! Thank you Edna for introducing me to a whole new avian world.
